Fall Asleep instantly with this sleep stack and blue light blocking glasses

I've found this to be the best sleep stack and routine. I fall asleep basically as soon as my head hits the pillow.

4 hours before bed:
- wear blue light blocking glasses
- use amber light bulbs

30 minutes before bed:
- 400mg L-Theanine
- 200mg Magnesium Glycinate
- 50mg Apigenin
- 1000-2000mg Glycine

Take the supplement stack at least 30 minutes before bed as I've found that magnesium right before lying down causes horrible acid reflux.
